How is Sposal different from The Knot or Zola? +

Unlike other wedding apps, Sposal offers real-time updates (no page refreshes needed), supports 8 languages, and has no vendor marketplace spam. We focus purely on planning tools.

Do I need to download an app? +

Sposal works in any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). A mobile app for iOS and Android is also available.

Can my partner and I both use Sposal? +

Currently, each user manages their own wedding. Partner collaboration (shared wedding access) is on our roadmap for a future update.

Is Sposal really free? +

Yes, during beta (now through Q1 2026). We'll announce paid pricing at least 60 days before launch. A free tier will always be available.

What happens when beta ends? +

You'll have the option to stay on a free plan (with core features) or upgrade to Premium for advanced features. Beta users get lifetime discounts.

Do I need a credit card to sign up? +

No. Beta access is completely free with no credit card required.

Can guests RSVP without creating an account? +

Yes. Guests receive a unique RSVP link via email. They click, enter their info, and confirm—no account needed.

How many guests can I invite? +

Unlimited during beta. After launch, the free plan supports up to 10 guests, and Premium has unlimited guests.

Does Sposal support multiple languages? +

Yes. Sposal supports 8 languages: English, Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French, Spanish, and Italian. Switch languages anytime in settings.

Can I delete my data? +

Yes. Export guest lists, checklists, and budget as PDF anytime. Your data is always yours.

Is my data safe? +

Yes. Sposal is GDPR-compliant and hosted on secure servers in Europe. We never share or sell your data.

What browsers are supported? +

Sposal works best in modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Does Sposal work offline? +

No, Sposal requires an internet connection. It's a web application that needs to be online to work.

Can wedding planners use Sposal? +

Can I manage multiple weddings? +

Yes. Premium plan (and Professional plan) support unlimited weddings.
